Hsiu-Chi

B.Sc. in Life Science (National Taiwan University, Taiwan), M.Sc. in Anatomy and Cell Biology (National Taiwan University, Taiwan).

Beside his graduation he worked as research assistant for 2 years in Academia Sinina and 1 year in Tunghai University in Taiwan.

His research interest is in lipid biochemistry and lipid cell biology, and mass spectrometry application to lipid research field. Currently as a pre-PhD student he participates in two research projects: One is oxylipin quantification in biofluids by UPLC/ESI-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry, and the other is to investigate airway smooth muscle response alteration after allergen challenging in an ex vivo model using guinea pig trachea. In extracurricular activities, he likes to play harmonica, watch movies, and also read world mythology stories.
