Agnieszka Klupczyńska

Agnieszka Klupczyńska obtained her PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in bioanalysis in 2017 from the Poznan University of Medical Sciences, Poland. Her thesis research involved an application of different mass spectrometry-based methodologies to identify significant abnormalities in the metabolome and proteome of lung cancer patients and to estimate the diagnostic utility of those changes. Agnieszka visited the Wheelock Laboratory in winter 2018-2019 to perform untargeted metabolic profiling of serum samples collected from lung cancer patients and COPD patients within a research grant funded by National Science Centre, Poland.
