Chen Chen

Chen obtained her Bachelor and Master degree of medicine at Xi’an Jiaotong University. Currently, she is a M.D. student at Xi’an Jiaotong University Health Science Centre. Her research interest is in the cardiology field, with a strong interest in hypertension and atherosclerosis. She is currently working in the Wheelock laboratory as a visiting PhD student for 2-years sponsored by the M.D./Ph.D double degree program between the Karolinska Institute and Xi’an Jiaotong University financed by the Chinese Scholarship Council. During her visiting, she is investigating the effect of octadecanoid lipid mediators on inflammation and calcification of cardiovascular diseases.
