Daniel Sar

Daniel Garcia-Sar obtained his degree in chemistry in 2004 and his master’s degree in Science in 2006 from the University of Oviedo (Spain). From 2006 to 2011, he concluded his PhD in analytical chemistry in the field of chemotherapeutics drugs. Afterwards, he conducted postdoctoral studies in Craig Wheelock's laboratory from 2011 to 2013. His research was focused on the development of analytical methodologies for the quantification of lipid mediators as bio-markers of severe immune-mediated diseases such as psoriasis and multiple sclerosis. He is currently working as a Senior Researcher at the National Measurement Institute (LGC Limited, United Kingdom).
